Nature Paper Out!
Our paper on V formation flight has been published in Nature. Check out our Ibis on the front cover of the issue (thanks to the Waldrappteam for photos and general involvement). A great News and Views was included and can be found here, and a documentary was filmed by the Nature team, and can be watched here. Lastly, here’s a link to the actual paper, Upwash exploitation and downwash avoidance by flap phasing in ibis formation flight. You can read more about the project on the RVC website here. |
